When you apply on Reed , Job Site or any of the thousands of other job portals out there, they do not work for you. Their task is to send the best possible CV to the hiring company (that CV may not be yours).
There are good recruiters out there; however, they get paid when they place a candidate with the hiring organisation. They are interested in getting paid (quite fairly) so many don’t really have your interests at heart.
What we do for you
a. For every position you want us to apply for we make a targeted (relevant) CV for that specific job/ position. So if you have selected for example 12 jobs from the list, we would make you 12 targeted CVs.
b. That’s not all, when we build your CV, we optimise the CV with relevant keywords as well as making the CV relevant to the skills searches that recruiters use to find relevant candidates.
c. We create a personalised and targeted CV so that it meets all HR requirements.
d. We apply for jobs or approach organisations directly when we have inside information or contacts that can help us.
e. Interview Process: When you get short listed for an interview we will then prepare you for it. Many people get calls to interview but most of them are not selected. The main reason behind this is that many people don’t know how to respond to certain types of questions. They hesitate and respond with answers that the interviewer is not happy with..
This problem exists even at senior or Main Board levels. Most people never prepare for an interview. We change that for you. We know the sort of questions that are likely to get asked at interview. In fact our customers say that many of the questions we prepare them for are asked during the interview.
