Before the interview

While you are waiting for your interview, find somewhere completely private like the toilet and perform the “Sarnoff Squeeze”. Simply search out this on the web and you will find that those butterflies that were concerning you will have disappeared. It’s a handy trick and it certainly does work.

In the job interview

Remember that the reason why you are in the room in the first place is that the company has to employ somebody. It may as well be you and not somebody else. The job interview is an artificial scenario and in many instances, the interviewer will be equally up tight.
