Before the interview

When you are waiting for your interview, take yourself away somewhere completely private like the WC and perform the “Sarnoff Squeeze”. Simply Google this on the internet and you will find that the feelings that were bothering you will have gone away. It’s a useful trick and it certainly does work.

Remember that the reason why you are in the interview room in the first place is that the company has to employ someone. It may as well be you and not somebody else. The job interview is an artificial scenario and in most cases, the interviewer will be equally up tight.
